I cannot believe I have an 8 month old baby. I realised it rather suddenly on Saturday, that it was the 25th and I could no longer say I had a seven month old. I don't know where that month went.
We have seen so many changes in the past month. A month ago we saw the start of crawling, which was limited to a pretty short distance. A month ago we saw the start of her being able to pull herself up on us, with help. Now she can crawl across a room and pull herself up on the side of the couch to standing, with no help!
In the past week she has FINALLY had her very first tooth cut through. Down the bottom on the left side.
She is such a good little eater. But so. very. messy. She loves baked apples, pears and sweet potato.
The only backwards step we have had has been babbling! A month ago she was saying bubba and mumma and pa. Now she has gone back to the dinosaur roar. It's because I'm a speech pathologist. I am sure of it. It's what I am watcthing for the most, so it'll be the last thing to develop!
