Dinner at Hogs Breath

Kangaroo!
Rhys took a half day at work and in the afternoon we took her to Alma park zoo. It was such a perfect day with the three of us. We had lunch at the zoo and walked around for an hour or so, Imogen started pointing to the animals for the first time. After the zoo we took her out to dinner at Hog's Breath and she just loved it. She had a small curly fries and some chicken nuggets and spent more time savouring this one of treat than both Rhys and I did with our meals (usually she is bored with eating before we are half way through our meals). When we brought her home we gave her free range at the dinosaur cake for a couple of minutes. She was just so delightful the entire day.

  1. Hi,
I'm the one from Illinois in the U.S. who followed your wedding and pregnancy blogs and used to comment all of the time. :) I don't know why it is, but today, all of this time later, I decided to look back at my old blog and click on the ones who followed me there (I've been writing a new blog since January of this year - a continuation of that old one at the urging of my teen daughter and her friends ♥)

Anyway - when I came to your name, I clicked and saw this - your new blog and how wonderful - your daughter is so beautiful and congratulations at all of the happiness that has continued in your life.

The years go by so fast, so savor the moments. My own sweet daughter is already 16 and beginning her Junior Year of High School next week. It's amazing how fast the years have flown by.

    Kind regards,
    Linda

It's so good hearing from you.
I'm doing my best to savour every day of Imogen, and yet she still manages to grow up way to fast!
look forward to hearing from you again xo
